MAKING A REQUEST

Please download the form and submit it along with a list of your organization’s current officers and members of the Board of Directors and any additional information or materials that would be helpful in evaluating your request for funding (flyers, ads, etc.) - Requests may be sent to the attention of Marketing Manager by mail or in-person. Proposals for grants of $2,000 or more are due by November 1 of each year to be considered for funding during the next calendar year. Important: Proposals under $2,000 are due 4 months prior to the event date.
